Your Virtual Gift Card: Delivery + Next Steps

After purchasing a virtual gift card, your recipient will receive an email with your personalized note and a private redemption code to use in my store when booking their session. You will also receive a confirmation email from me so you know their gift has been delivered. If either of you do not see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Once your recipient redeems their code and books their service, they will receive an email from me with their next steps. If that email does not appear in their inbox, please remind them to check their spam or promotions folder. Virtual service turnaround times are generally 7 business days from the date their requested photos are submitted for analysis. Privacy is always my top priority and no images are ever shared without client permission.

Refund Policy:
All gift card purchases are non-refundable. Because each gift card provides immediate access to my private client onboarding process and photo submission guidelines, all sales are considered final once checkout is completed.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credited toward other services without my approval, or transferred to another person unless the request is made by the original purchaser.

If the recipient does not redeem the gift card within the 90-day redemption window, the remaining balance is forfeited.
