In-Person Sessions

  • All sales are final. Once a session is booked and paid for, I do not offer refunds. However, if you're unhappy with your experience, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. While refunds are not guaranteed, I’m open to discussing your concerns and may offer a partial refund or service credit at my discretion.

  • Yes! I understand that schedules can change. Here’s how my cancellation and rescheduling policy works:

    In-Person Appointments

    • 48+ hours notice: Full credit toward a future session

    • 24–48 hours notice: 50% credit toward a future session

    • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No credit or refund

  • For in-person sessions, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or cancel the session without a refund.

  • I completely understand that emergencies happen. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, family crisis, or another unexpected event, please contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to make an exception to my standard policy at my discretion.

Group Sessions

  • I offer two group discount tiers:

    • 2 people booking together: Each receives $50 off

    • 3–4 people booking together: Each receives $100 off
      Discounts are only valid when all participants book and attend the session together as a single group.

    • Full payment for all group members is required at the time of booking.

    • Group discounts are applied based on the final confirmed group size at the time of booking.

    • Bookings must be made under one reservation to qualify for the group discount.

  • If the entire group cancels:

    • 7+ days in advance: Full credit issued, valid for 90 days

    • 3–6 days in advance: 50% credit issued; 50% is non-refundable

    • Less than 3 days: No refunds or credits

    If one or more people cancel within a group:

    • 7+ days in advance: Their spot may be refunded or credited. Group discounts will still apply if the remaining group meets the minimum requirement.

    • Less than 7 days: No refund or credit for the canceling participant. The group may need to pay an adjusted rate if it no longer qualifies for the original discount tier.

  • Discounts are based on group size. If a cancellation affects your discount tier, the remaining attendees may be re-billed accordingly:

    • If a 2-person group drops to 1, the remaining person pays the full individual rate.

    • If a 3–4 person group drops to 2, each person receives the $50 discount (not $100).

    • If the group drops to 1, the session may be canceled or converted to a solo session at the full rate.

    The price difference will be due before the session begins.

    • No-shows are not refundable and are considered forfeited.

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice.

    • Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice may result in a fee or loss of group discount.

    • If only part of the group reschedules, it may impact pricing for those still attending and those rescheduling.

    • If one person in a group needs to reschedule due to illness or an unforeseen circumstance, they have two options:

      • Maintain the discounted group rate and complete their analysis virtually.

      • Choose to complete their session in person on a separate day, but please note this will be billed at the individual rate due to the additional travel time and scheduling adjustment required.

  • I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule last minute due to an emergency, please contact me directly. I may make exceptions at my discretion.

Virtual Sessions

  • All virtual color and body analysis sessions are non-refundable once purchased. These services are highly personalized, and I begin preparing your session as soon as payment is received.

    If you’re not ready to submit your photos right away, that’s okay! You may delay your session for up to 30 days from the date of purchase—just let me know, and I’ll place your session on hold.

    If you're not satisfied with your analysis after it has been delivered, please reach out within 7 days. While I don’t guarantee refunds, I’m open to discussing your concerns and may offer a partial credit at my discretion

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive detailed instructions for submitting your photos.
    Please send your photos within 7 days of purchase to keep your session on track. I can’t begin your analysis until I have your photos.

    • If I don’t receive your photos within 7 days, I’ll send a gentle reminder.

    • If no photos are received after 14 days, your session will be placed on hold.

    • If I haven’t heard from you or received any photos after 30 days, your session will be considered inactive and non-refundable.

  • Yes! If more than 30 days have passed, you can still move forward. A reactivation fee of $25 may apply, and your new session date will depend on my availability at the time.
    Please note: reactivating a session does not guarantee the original turnaround time.

  • Each analysis is highly personalized and requires advance prep. I block time in my schedule and begin reviewing your submission ahead of delivery. This policy ensures your results are timely and high quality while keeping my calendar running smoothly.

  • No problem at all—just reach out! If you’re having trouble with your photos or need an extension, I’m happy to work with you. Communication is key and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

Closet Edit & Personal Shopping Sessions

  • You’ll be invoiced after the session is complete, based on the total time spent. These services are billed at $120 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. You’ll receive a clear summary of time and services before payment is requested.

  • Because payment is collected only after services are delivered, refunds aren’t applicable. However, once a session is completed and invoiced, timely payment is required.

  • Closet edits require reserved time and preparation. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

    • 48+ hours’ notice: No fee.

    • 24–48 hours’ notice: A $60 late cancellation fee may apply.

    • Less than 24 hours or no-show: A $240 fee (equal to the 2-hour minimum) may be invoiced to cover the reserved time.

  • Virtual personal shopping also requires dedicated prep time:

    • 24+ hours’ notice: No fee.

    • Less than 24 hours or no-show: A $240 cancellation fee may be invoiced if time was reserved or preliminary work had already started.

  • All sessions are billed with a 2-hour minimum. Time beyond that is tracked in 30-minute increments. For personal shopping, research and item sourcing time is included in the total. You’ll be informed of any time overages before billing.

  • I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. If you’re sick or have an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. I may waive fees on a case-by-case basis, especially for returning clients or first-time changes.

  • Personal shopping is billed at my standard rate of $120/hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Before we begin, I’ll provide you with a pre-assessed estimate based on your specific needs and project scope. This estimate is tailored to whether we’re:

    • Shopping for a specific event or occasion,

    • Building a seasonal or foundational capsule wardrobe, or

    • Filling gaps identified during a closet edit or earlier consultation.

    Your rate includes all time spent:

    • Virtually sourcing and shopping for items,

    • Creating your personalized style guide, and

    • Curating a shoppable Pinterest board tailored to your color and body analysis results.

    You’ll receive a time estimate before work begins and an itemized summary before invoicing. You are only billed after the work is completed.
