Once your recipient redeems their service, they will receive an email from me with their next steps. This includes instructions for submitting their images for the required virtual pre-analysis, which must be completed before their in-person draping appointment.

Refund Policy

All purchases for Color Analysis, Body Analysis, and bundled services are non-refundable.

If a scheduling conflict arises, sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice according to the policies found on my FAQ page. In-person appointments must fall within my driving radius. If a recipient redeems a gift card but is located outside this radius, the session may be converted to a virtual service of equal or lesser value.

Failure to submit the required photos for the virtual pre-analysis or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the session.

Gift cards must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase.

If the recipient has not redeemed their gift card within this window, the value will expire. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please feel free to reach out.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credited toward other services without my approval, or transferred to another person unless the request is made by the original purchaser.
